Safety Vests are required during move-in. If you do not have one, they will be for sale at Exhibitor Services.
For safety reasons during move-in/move-out, children under 16 years of age are prohibited in the building (this includes infants). This precaution is taken as there are vehicles operating in the stadium, including forklifts and machinery that are dangerous to the inexperienced.

ENHANCE YOUR COMPANY’S ONLINE
Your basic listing will be uploaded to the website when you book your booth. Within 24 hours you will receive an automated email to enhance your listing. This link can be used multiple times and you can make updates and changes to your listing until ONE

Big Screen Advertising
Throughout the show, we display exhibitor logos in rotation on the big screen that can be seen anywhere on the lower level. Don't miss out on the opportunity! Remember, the screen is large, and we want to make sure your company is advertised in the best way possible. Therefore, only jpeg or png files with a minimum resolution of 1000 x 600 pixels will be accepted.
Send Shannon your high resolution logo before March 1st to ensure it's included.

Monday, March 13th - 9:00am - 9:00pm
Tuesday, March 14th - 6:00am - 9:00pm
Wednesday, March 15th - 6:00am - 9:00pm (no vehicle access on lower level after 5pm)
Thursday, March 16th - 7:00am - show open
If you do not need vehicle access into the building and can hand carry your items in, please do. You can park in 457 on the east side of BC Place.
Please note that anyone on the show floor during move in and move out will require a mandatory high visibility vest as per BC Place Safety Regulations. They will be available for purchase on site through BC Place, or you may bring your own.
ALL VEHICLE TRAFFIC ACCESSING THE FIELD LEVEL WILL ENTER THROUGH THE WEST ENTRANCE AND EXIT THROUGH THE EAST
All vehicle traffic accessing the field level will enter through the west entrance off of Expo Boulevard and exit through the east onto Griffiths Way.

Please note that all exhibitors may start to tear down their booth at 6:01 pm (NO EARLIER), and hand carry anything they want out of the building. Vehicles may NOT enter BC Place until carpets have been pulled up.
BC Place Stadium and Marketplace Events also will be enforcing a "take out what you bring in" rule so any trash/materials left in your booth space after you move out will be charged back to you to be disposed of. Please be sure to clean up your
space when you leave.

Parking is rented through Impark for lot 457, and there are limited stalls available. Parking passes are issued as first come, first served.
Click HERE to get the 2022 parking pass. Parking is available for March 8 - 14th.

All passes must be delivered via mail, as there is no pick up option.
*Please note that the exhibitor check in/desk is now located at the show office right before the field level entrance.
All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.
Exhibitors are given an allotted amount of badges to their booth based on square footage (see chart below). No forms or lists of names are needed as the badges are generic. If the number of badges needed for your staff does not exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Exhibitor Help Desk during or before the show to receive their badge.

0 - 100 square feet = 5 free badges
150 - 200 square feet = 7 free badges
250 - 300 square feet = 9 free badges
350 - 400 square feet = 11 free badges
*Each additional 100 square feet gets an additional 2 badges.

Any exhibitor sampling food or beverage products must complete the application form below. As per Vancouver Coastal Health, certain food and beverage exhibitors may need to rent equipment such as sinks or a washing station from the venue, depending on the type of food being handled.
