Description:

We are a small, local, family-run business offering pure Canadian maple syrup aged in freshly emptied bourbon and whiskey barrels. The aging process takes 8 months to a year and enhances the natural sweetness of maple syrup while adding rich oak character and subtle bourbon notes. Because the syrup is aged in the barrels rather than blended with alcohol, it delivers deep bourbon flavour without any alcohol content. We also produce naturally infused maple syrupsvanilla, coffee, and habaneromade with real ingredients for a range of bold flavour options.
